Production Technician Job Opportunity

Golden Aluminum is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Fort Lupton, Colorado. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of heavy, moderately complex foundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure product quality and customer specifications are met through visual inspection and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Operate forklifts and monitor machine calibrations to maintain optimal performance.
  • Set up and tear down machines safely, and maintain quality control levels as set by Golden Aluminum.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
Benefits:
  • $20+ per hour (dependent on qualifications)
  • Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus
  • $3 per hour night shift differential
