Position OverviewRole Summary

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct process and hardware evaluations to support development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Execute a variety of diagnostic assessments, including particle analysis and contamination detection.
  • Collaborate with analytical service providers for precise measurements related to hardware specifications, surface characteristics, and material composition.
  • Analyze data and summarize findings to determine root causes during troubleshooting and to drive improvements in development and continuous improvement projects.
  • Engage closely with the Laboratory Team and Etch Process to establish baseline tool and process standards.
  • Maintain communication with clients to remain informed about their processes for hardware enhancement evaluations.
  • Operate laboratory equipment to test and identify hardware components that significantly influence process and system efficiency.
  • Document and share results with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the transfer of solutions to operational settings and assist with activities at key client accounts.
  • Execute the company’s product development strategy across various stages of product rollout, including documentation and other related tasks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, or physical sciences including physics and materials science.
  • Proficient in data analysis, encompassing numerical and statistical evaluations, error treatment in experiments, and graphical representation of complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities at a systems level.
  • Effective cross-functional communication and coordination skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of safely operating in a laboratory setting with high-energy machinery and hazardous materials.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
  • May be required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
