Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle System Engineer to lead our Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and management of complex systems using SysML modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction to MBSE teams and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with program office personnel to develop proposals, scopes of work, and program plans.
  • Define and manage the MBSE elements of a program, including requirements, behavior, structure, interfaces, and parametric elements.
  • Guide the program team in the use of MBSE structures for functional decomposition and the generation of activity diagrams, state machines, and sequence diagrams.
  • Build and maintain MBSE-based metrics for the programs TPMs, trades, risks, and design decision memorandums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
  • Minimum of 9 years of related engineering experience.
  • Strong Vehicle System engineering experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

This position requires eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
