Job Summary:

Mercury Systems is seeking a skilled RF Systems Engineer to join our team. As an RF Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and production quality of RF systems meet the highest standards. Your tasks will include set-ups, calibration, testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of micro-strip circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies to ensure unit functions according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test RF systems to meet performance and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RF technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on system design and development.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, including antenna design, filter design, and amplifier design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with RF simulation tools, such as CST Microwave Studio or ANSYS HFSS.
  • Knowledge of RF test equipment, including network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
