We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Leapsome, a leading provider of AI-powered people platforms. As a key member of our US Customer Success team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for expanding our US market presence while managing a portfolio of SMB customers. You'll build meaningful relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their customer journey.

  • Take ownership of expanding our US market presence through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB customers, focusing on scale and automation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to adapt to customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience navigating complex client conversations.
  • A good understanding of technology and data analysis, as well as experience with customer success tracking tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Planhat).
  • Proven stakeholder and expectation management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and service to our customers.
  • Experience working in growth-mode organizations and a track record of being a detail-oriented team player.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS adoption curve and how to drive usage from stage to stage.
