Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Site Development Director to lead our team at Phoenix Tower International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that align with our company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to direct the team's overall performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecommunications professionals to achieve operational goals.
  • Guide managers and team members on implementing company initiatives and policies.
  • Exercise sound judgment and diligence in all decisions.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and profit and loss (P&L) for site development projects.
  • Oversee site development activities, including leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction management of wireless telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's expertise remains current.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, civil engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
