Job Overview

This is a $34.52 - $58.40 per hour opportunity with a competitive differential pay scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute-care nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Provide holistic care, recognizing the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain current licensure and certification, adhering to professional standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure in the State of Vermont.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Unit-specific certifications as required.
