Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $34.52 and $58.40 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, the successful candidate may be eligible for benefits such as sign-on bonuses, differentials, and unit-specific certifications.

About the Role:

This nursing position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The RN will work independently, making decisions based on the individual needs of each patient, while also collaborating with the care team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Prior related nursing experience is preferred.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework.
  • Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification based on unit specific guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
  • Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
