We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor) to join our team at Talent Masters. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on semiconductor system equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to factory specifications.
  • Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of system equipment, promoting best practices and safety measures.
  • Act as the Company Liaison for customers regarding assigned projects, building lasting relationships and promoting positive customer experiences.
  • Independently and collaboratively perform complex equipment repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
  • Deliver technical support and guidance to customers, addressing operational inquiries, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.
  • Experience or knowledge in optical, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanical skills, or chemicals is required.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools required. Hands-on mechanical skills is preferred.
