Diabetes Territory Growth Manager

We are an early-stage company that is revolutionizing the next generation of precision drug delivery devices.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to launch new innovative insulin pumps and future Sequel products. The primary responsibility is to promote the adoption of Sequel products and services in the designated territory. In partnership with the CDS, the selected individual will formulate effective territory strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
Territory Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes care specialists.
- Cultivate opportunities for continued growth and adoption of Sequel products through excellent customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, trends, and advancements in diabetes treatment options.
- Participate in conventions, educational forums, and local advocacy groups to increase product awareness.
Senior Responsibilities (for Senior TBL role)
- Lead field sales training programs.
- Mentor junior staff members.
- Possess experience representing Sequel at industry conferences and conventions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
- Familiarity with diabetes therapeutics and automated insulin devices is an asset.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Additional Requirements for Senior TBL role
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Leadership roles such as field sales trainer, mentor, or advisory board participation.
Salary and Benefits:
The total compensation package for this position is estimated to be between $185,000 and $215,000 annually, depending on performance and location. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, car allowance, and gas reimbursement, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Physical Work Environment:
This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and may involve extended hours during peak periods. The physical demands of this position include lifting specific weights and standing for extended periods.
