Job Description:

ECS Limited is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist III to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for preparing and administering terms and conditions of Department of Defense Research & Development (FAR Part 35) contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and administering contract terms and conditions
  • Assisting in the negotiation of contracts
  • Preparing contract modifications
  • Analyzing procurement policies and procedures
  • Analyzing proposed costs and prices

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in government procurement, including preparing cost proposals, negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, preparing contract modifications, administering contracts or subcontracts, and analyzing cost and prices. A Bachelor's degree and active DoD security clearance are also required.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in government procurement
