- Experience as a Technical Lead.
- Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages.
- Expertise in at least one area of game development, such as gameplay, game engine, rendering, tools, online services, etc.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Possession of a passion for games and an understanding of what makes a game fun and engaging.
Electronic Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
