We are looking for a Maintenance Records Coordinator to join our team on the 1st shift. This role is essential for assisting in the documentation and management of maintenance records through scanning and data entry.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to instructions meticulously
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Desirable Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
- Experience in scanning and document management
- Competence in computer operations, including data entry and basic office applications
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Lead to digitize and input historical work orders and maintenance logs into the database
- Guarantee precise and prompt documentation of all pertinent maintenance information
Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
