About the Job:

We're looking for a skilled Store Business Development Manager to join our Retail Rebel team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading our store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve sales conversion rates, and increase average transaction values.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer experience, build brand loyalty, and drive repeat business through customer-centric initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive management/leadership experience in retail.
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to use and manage spreadsheets preferred.
  • Time management and adaptability essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
