SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, with the potential for six-figure income regularly.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking self-starters who are motivated to make a better income and thrive on helping others achieve their home vision. As a Sales Agent with our team, you will be responsible for providing clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience, prospecting for new leads, gathering local community information, and holding buyer and seller consultations.
- We offer training and mentor support to ensure your success in this role.
- You will have access to our marketing tools and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best – selling.
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid Real Estate License, a willingness to learn new tools and systems, and good organizational and time management skills. Additionally, past sales experience and a driven, self-motivated attitude are essential.
- You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, as well as navigate multiple listings and transactions simultaneously.
- A strong desire for professional growth and development is also required.
