Overview

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Regional Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, including their operations, challenges, and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior leadership, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to win new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Work closely with our customer success team to ensure seamless handoffs and effective onboarding of new customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a regional or national sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, as required.
