  • Mentorship and Team Development: Attract, retain, and develop Service Area Managers, foster a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence, and assist in building and maintaining strong teams.
  • Business Growth and Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to set regional goals, align business objectives with the company's overall service strategy, and lead business development efforts.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a strong customer focus, ensure service excellence, and build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in sales and operations, preferably within the heavy-duty truck service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational improvements, and team development.
  • Strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and service market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Work Environment:

Office environment and Remote Service Center Locations.

Travel Requirements: 50%.
