ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
  • Complies with all state liquor regulations.
  • Ensures adherence to state health standards.
  • Communicates any service-related issues to chefs and management promptly.
  • Completes all assigned side work efficiently.
  • Assists in maintaining a smooth operation of the dining area.
  • Manages multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Maintains the appropriate pace for service delivery.
  • Handles all opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring proper setup and cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Collaborates with the Food and Beverage Management Team to relay important information.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience, Knowledge, Skills:

  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in a serving role.
  • Required: Proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
  • Must possess the physical ability to fulfill job demands, including lifting heavy trays and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Previous experience with touch screen POS systems is preferred.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
