Role Overview:


Integrate Engineering Resources is actively seeking an HSE Advisor for our client, a leader in the heavy industrial construction and maintenance sectors.

This position will be located at a refinery near Southampton, and responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating the implementation of the company's HSE strategy while overseeing, monitoring, and assessing health and safety protocols on site.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing method statements.
  • Upholding health and safety standards and documentation throughout the duration of the project.
  • Performing regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all HSE practices.
  • Collaborating closely with the site management team and reporting directly to the HSE Manager.
  • Investigating all accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports on findings.

Qualifications Required:
NEBOSH certificate
CCNSG / IOSH
Prior experience in an industrial site
DBS certificate
