**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile MDS Coordinator to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Mobile MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating facility compliance with federal regulations and targets for utilization, conducting weekly visits to facilities for intervention, audit, and training, and reviewing resident clinical records for coverage, utilization, errors, assessments, and accurate transmission.

**Responsibilities**

* Evaluate facility compliance to federal regulations and targets for utilization
* Conduct weekly visits to facilities for intervention, audit, and training
* Review resident clinical records for coverage, utilization, errors, assessments, and accurate transmission
* Provide consultation and expertise in the area of specific federal and state reimbursement systems

**Requirements**

* Current RN license in Ohio
* Prior Long Term Care experience required
* At least 2 years of experience with Federal Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement system management in working with the MDS and RAI process
* Senior MDS experience and/or multi-facility MDS experience preferred
* AANAC certification highly preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
* Must maintain current CPR certification
