We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Manager to join our team at Arka Service. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and security of our facility, employees, and information.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Physical Security program, including guard force management, access control, visitor management, and classified area inspections.
  • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Physical Security program to the FSO, including system architectures, integration of physical access control, and classified area inspections.
  • Advising on corporate strategy and roadmap for managing physical security risks, including effectiveness and standardization.
  • Ensuring constant Physical Security coverage for the facility, in compliance with IAW 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), including company functions during and after business hours.
  • Overseeing Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAMs), such as driveway/traffic control, vehicle inspections, personal effects inspections, area scans, and perimeter patrols.
  • Orchestrating Physical Security response to emergency situations, including building evacuations, employee injury/illness, and security violations.
  • Maintaining all pertinent Physical Security documentation, in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A current security clearance.
  • A valid driver's license.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of Physical Security experience, including some prior experience successfully leading teams. You should have a working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704, ICD 705, Security Executive Agent Directives, NIST physical security controls, and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).

EHS/Environmental Requirements:

This role will operate in a professional office environment, as well as throughout the manufacturing floor. You will be required to walk extensively throughout the facility and may be required to wear PPE when entering certain manufacturing areas.
