Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production unit to achieve optimal performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with direct reports and cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain equipment, including pumps, heat exchangers, and distillation columns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
