We have an exciting opportunity for a Developmental Services Team Lead in St Johnsbury. The Team Lead will provide the management and leadership to support staff and consumers in our community-based programs.
About the Role
The Developmental Services Team Lead will support and assist individuals receiving IDD services and their staff to follow the Individual Support Agreements (ISA) goals and objectives. These services may happen in the individual's home, place of employment, community, and/or other environments. All services will be provided in a respectful manner and follow the Home and Community Based Rules, DD Act, and NKHS DS philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned DS employees.
- Provide, coordinate, mentor, and document employees' pre-service, in-service, and on-going trainings.
- Service Coordination.
- Manage on-going crisis in the areas of assigned responsibility.
- Manage individual budgets and cost center budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
- Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities/or autism.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
