Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Team Member with The Golub Corporation, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including floors, shelves, restrooms, registers, and aisles.
  2. Ensure the store is neat and clean, inside and outside, with a focus on customer and associate safety.
  3. Provide a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times.
  4. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, according to 5S standards.
  5. Respond to requests for "clean-ups" throughout the store.
  6. Maintain all corporate, state, and federal sanitation standards.


Requirements
  1. Ability to work with approved cleaning chemicals.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Basic literacy skills.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. Satisfactory performance reviews.


Physical Requirements
  1. Exposure to hot environments for 3-5 hours.
  2. Exposure to cold environments for 3-5 hours.
  3. Standing for 5-8 hours.
  4. Sitting for 1-3 hours.
  5. Walking for 5-8 hours.
  6. Grasping, finger movement, and dexterity for 5-8 hours.
  7. Bending for 5-8 hours.
  8. Twisting for 3-5 hours.
  9. Pivoting for 3-5 hours.
  10. Squatting and kneeling for 5-8 hours.
  11. Pushing and pulling for 1-3 hours up to 2400lbs.
  12. Lifting for 3-5 hours up to 25lbs.
  13. Lifting for 1-3 hours up to 50lbs.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of The Golub Corporation's total compensation and benefits package, which includes 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
