As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our dynamic Med/Surg/Pedi unit, you will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care.

Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of three years' acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity.

Possessing a current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure and BCLS certification is essential, while ACLS certification is highly desired.

NVRH is a cherished 25-bed independent and nonprofit critical access hospital, renowned for its unspoiled beauty and year-round recreational activities.

We deliver primary and preventive care, surgical and specialty services, inpatient and outpatient care, and round-the-clock emergency services manned by our dedicated board-certified physicians.

We offer housing options conveniently located a mere 10 minutes from NVRH, with private dorm rooms and shared common spaces.

Please note we have a limited number of dorms and one may not always be available but we do have a wait list.

Shifts: Day shift 7am - 7pm, Three 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week, includes every other weekend.
