Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Med/Surg/Pedi unit at NVRH, a 25-bed independent and nonprofit critical access hospital nestled in the heart of Vermont's historic Northeast Kingdom.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care to our diverse patient population.

You will work closely with a talented group of professionals to lead the team in meeting the unique needs of our patients, utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of three years' acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity.

Possessing a current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure and BCLS certification is essential, while ACLS certification is highly desired.
