Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assigning duties and training personnel, while providing case management support.

  • Representing the program in agency and community gatherings.
  • Addressing personnel matters and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of making independent decisions.
  • Proven ability in maintaining records effectively.
