Acute Care RN - Stepdown Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care RN - Stepdown to join our team at St. Jude Medical Center. As a member of our Intermediate Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals requiring intermediate-level care.

Unit Highlights:

  • Mixed unit with neurology, neurosurgical, cardiology, cardiovascular, medical, and surgical patients
  • High acuity unit with resources for support, including satellite pharmacy, lab techs, and critical care transport RN
  • Team-oriented environment with multidisciplinary approach and strong clinical background
  • Clinical Advancement Program with focus on process improvement and evidence-based practice projects
  • Scholarship and tuition reimbursement for certifications and higher education

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience
