RN - Stepdown Unit - Full-time, Days

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU Stepdown Unit at St. Jude Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the ICU Stepdown Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
