Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to patients with complex medical conditions, including neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, and medical-surgical patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, communicating effectively with the team to address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
