Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Developmental Therapy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide home-based early intervention services to eligible clients
- Maintain cultural sensitivity and awareness in all interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education)
- Experience working in early intervention or a related field
- Certification in ABA and/or crisis intervention
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance policy
