Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic home health setting. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to establish and administer treatment programs that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and dedication will enable patients to regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Evaluate and modify care to meet the goals of physical therapy interventions
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT)
  • Proactive licensure application process for current state licensure as a RPT (if applicable)
