Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auto Club Enterprises. As a key member of our Insurance Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through inbound phone calls, resolving issues, and offering valuable products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide meaningful solutions.
- Listen actively and engage members with a "can do" attitude.
- Proactively offer valuable products and services to meet customer needs.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Prior customer service experience, with recent call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency using computers and complex software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly rate of $25.00.
- Paid training and growth opportunities.
- $1,000 bonus for external applicants with an active Property & Casualty License.
