Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to join our team at HiFyve. As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems for automated machinery and processes.
- Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
- Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate control systems into overall project designs.
- Perform testing, validation, and commissioning of control systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in control technologies and apply them to improve our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in controls engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control system design principles.
- Experience with control software such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or similar platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex control system issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
