Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the predictive maintenance program, resolving maintenance-related engineering issues, and ensuring the reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to improve system reliability
  • Resolve maintenance-related engineering issues through root cause analysis and equipment performance optimization
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance work orders
  • Collaborate with maintenance craft workers and planners to ensure effective maintenance strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies in the maintenance market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Chemical Engineering
  • 2-3 years of work experience or 10-15 years of experience as a senior mechanic or similar maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site
  • Extensive knowledge of designing, installing, repairing, and reconditioning equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, including electrical single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and detail drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
