Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate youth sports programs, including scheduling, equipment management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive sports environment.
  • Collaborate with coaches, staff, and volunteers to ensure a high-quality experience for participants.
  • Manage program budgets, including expenses and revenue tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, participants, and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in youth sports programming or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
