SC Thrive is seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Summary:The Training Coordinator will assist with the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for SC Thrive staff and partners. This includes assessing training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs
- Design and deliver training sessions on a variety of topics, including SC Thrive's programs and services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with SC Thrive staff and partners to develop and deliver training programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
