Fabletics Retail Sales Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Fabletics. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging store events and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Provide training and feedback to sales associates on customer experience, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including inventory management, stock levels, and product availability.
  • Ensure a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays, as required.
