We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Client Services Manager to service our Washington DC territory. As a key member of our StructureCare team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Accountability for client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers, developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports.
