We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Client Services Manager to service our Washington DC territory. As a key member of our StructureCare team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Accountability for client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers, developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services and solutions.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving and decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
