Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Manager with experience in the commercial (property/casualty) insurance environment to join our team. The Client Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch. The Client Service Manager directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJGs value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment

About you:

Preferred

  • Commercial insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Valid property and casualty license.
  • Solid financial acumen.
