Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Water Damage Specialist to join our team at Quick Dry Restoration Seatac LLC. As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for mitigating water damage and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

In this role, you will work closely with our technicians to assess and mitigate water damage from various locations. Your attention to detail and ability to lift heavy objects regularly will ensure that you excel in this position.

Since 2016, we have been providing fast, professional water mitigation services to homes and businesses in the Seattle-Tacoma area. Our team works closely with leading insurance companies to ensure smooth and efficient restoration processes.

Responsibilities
As a Water Damage Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Documenting safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings
  • Operating water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
  • Assessing salvageable material and disposing of non-salvageable material
  • Setting up, monitoring, and takedown drying equipment with care
  • Thoroughly documenting drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels
  • Providing customer service through clear and accurate communication with homeowners

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
  • Experience driving trucks & pulling trailers
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in the safe use of power tools
  • At least one year experience in water mitigation (preferred)
  • Customer service skills (preferred)
  • High school diploma (preferred)

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $24,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $23.08. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
