**Job Overview**

Quick Dry Restoration Seatac LLC is seeking an experienced Water Damage Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our technicians to restore properties to pre-loss condition or better.

About the Role

This position involves removing damaged materials, monitoring water damage from multiple locations, and documenting drying progress. You will also work closely with our technicians to assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document water damage from multiple locations
  • Remove damaged materials and assess salvageable material
  • Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
  • Set up, monitor, and take down drying equipment with care
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear and accurate communication with homeowners

Requirements

  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
  • Experience driving trucks & pulling trailers
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in the safe use of power tools
  • At least one year experience in water mitigation (preferred)
  • Customer service skills (preferred)
  • High school diploma (preferred)
