Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
- Manage drivers during extended coverage shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Act as an extension of our Fleet Supervisor, providing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations.
- Accurately enter data into our computer systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Escalate and resolve problems according to established guidelines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Carrier Operations.
- Apply knowledge of Motor Carrier Resources to meet company, customer, and driver needs.
- Moderate knowledge of North American Supply Chain Network and Operations.
- Competent user of MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
