As a Senior Process Engineer, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide essential development support for the installation and integration of photolithography semiconductor equipment, primarily in the Oregon region.

Training may be provided in various locations for a duration of 1-3 months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively and independently to support equipment process qualification, development, and integration projects.
  • Play a crucial role in establishing innovative wafer fabrication processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Design and execute tests, analyze results, and present findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with specialists across different teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of new hardware and software.
  • Identify challenges and work with the team to implement solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD degree is preferred, accompanied by 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in optics, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemicals is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system is advantageous for system operation and troubleshooting.
  • Practical mechanical skills are preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools is required.
  • Able to work independently on equipment while being a team player in challenging situations.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules is necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
  • Domestic travel may be required, necessitating a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
