Job Title: Senior Photolithography Process Engineer

At Jireh Semiconductor Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Photolithography department, you will be responsible for developing, characterizing, and sustaining photo processes on ASML and DNS/TEL tools in our 8-inch fab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize photo processes to improve capacity, defect density, and yield
  • Lead continuous improvement teams to reduce cost of unit processes and improve tool throughput, matching performance, and availability
  • Use and maintain metrology tools, such as CD and Overlay measurements, defect scan, and review tools, for photo process characterization and sustaining
  • Support manufacturing, including spec updates, SPC control, new product introduction, and subsequent production ramp
  • Display strong ownership for important photo tools and maintain their good performance

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, material science, or other related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with CD SEM & KLA OVL measurement system, edit recipe, measure wafers, and analyze data
  • Must have process experience in Photolithography, especially on ASML Stepper-Scanners, DNS, and TEL tracks
  • Multiple years of experience working on ASML ArF/KrF/I-line stepper-scanners, preferred
