The Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Process Engineer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our pre-production environment, you'll be responsible for providing development support for onsite installations and process integration of photolithography semiconductor equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance the manufacturing process.
  • Design, execute, and analyze tests, effectively communicating results and conclusions through comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Partner with customers to provide exceptional technical support and guidance.
  • Conduct high-quality evaluations of new hardware and software solutions, identifying opportunities for implementation and enhancement.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement effective resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, with a PhD degree preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in optical, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanical skills, or chemicals is required.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools and mechanical skills is required.
  • Must be able to travel and work flexible schedules.
  • Must feel comfortable working in a cleanroom environment most of the day.

Working Conditions

The position requires continuous physical effort, intermittent and long-term work cycles, and standing, walking, sitting, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted. Lifting more than 25 lbs requires additional help. Employee may be required to work at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
