Job Title: Senior Photolithography Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to join our team at Jireh Semiconductor Inc. in Hillsboro, OR.

Job Summary:

The Senior Photolithography Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, characterizing, and sustaining photo processes on ASML and DNS/TEL tools in our 8-inch fab. This role will involve process porting and optimization to improve capacity, defect density, and yield. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement teams to reduce cost of unit processes and improve tool throughput, matching performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and characterize photo processes on ASML and DNS/TEL tools
  • Port and optimize processes to improve capacity, defect density, and yield
  • Lead continuous improvement teams to reduce cost of unit processes and improve tool performance
  • Use and maintain metrology tools for photo process characterization and sustaining
  • Support manufacturing operations, including spec updates, SPC control, and new product introduction
Requirements:
  • BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, material science, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with CD SEM & KLA OVL measurement systems, recipe editing, and data analysis
  • Process experience in Photolithography, especially on ASML Stepper-Scanners, DNS, and TEL tracks
  • Multiple years of experience working on ASML ArF/KrF/I-line stepper-scanners, preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong statistical data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and passion for success
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people one-on-one and in a team environment
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RS1, Minitab, and other computer skills
