Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with exams and procedures, administer medications, and perform tests under the supervision of a licensed medical provider.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a Certified Medical Assistant program.
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college education.
  • 2 years of recent experience working as a Medical Assistant.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
