We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Providence Service. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers with exams and procedures, administer medications, and perform tests under supervision.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including registration, insurance billing, and payment collection.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Graduation from a Certified Medical Assistant program.
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- Experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
- Some college education.
- 2 years of recent experience working as a Medical Assistant.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
