Critical Care Nursing Specialist

As a Registered Nurse in our MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit, you will play a critical role in assessing patient health problems, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse in our MICU, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in critical care nursing. Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- BLS and ACLS certification prior to orientation completion
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
